Participating Airline Partners Earning period is September 1 through December 31, 2011. Enrollment and registration with Marriott Rewards are required to be eligible for this promotion. New members must enroll in Marriott Rewards and existing members must register for this promotion either online at www.MarriottRewards.com/MoreStays-MoreMiles or via the Marriott Rewards service center in the U.S. and Canada at 800-859-0686. This promotion has specific airline partners to choose from. You must select a Participating Airline Partner as your preferred airline in your Marriott Rewards profile to be eligible for this promotion. Members electing to earn points are not eligible for this promotion. Bonus miles are calculated per stay. Bonus miles earning will begin on the second stay for stays made between September 1 and December 31, 2011. Earn base miles for each stay and bonus miles beginning with the second stay. Bonus miles given are 1,000 bonus miles on the second stay, 1,500 bonus miles on the third stay, 1,500 bonus miles on the fourth stay and 2,000 bonus miles on the fifth stay and all stays thereafter during the promotion period, up to a maximum of 30,000 bonus miles. A "stay" is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Marriott Rewards base mileage offer of two miles per U.S. dollar spent on all qualifying charges at JW Marriott®, EDITIONSM, Autograph CollectionSM, Renaissance Hotels®, Marriott® Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club® brands; and one mile per U.S. dollar spent on room rate only at Courtyard by Marriott®, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott®, SpringHill Suites by Marriott®, Residence Inn by Marriott® and TownePlace Suites by Marriott® brands. Stays at our exclusive luxury hotel partner, The Ritz-Carlton®, will count toward achievement. Base miles are earned based on qualifying charges that are billed to the hotel room. Qualifying charges vary by brand and may include: Room Rate, meals, beverages, phone calls, movies, purchases at a Marriott-operated Gift shop. Non-qualifying charges are: taxes, paid outs, gift certificate redemption/gift card purchases, banquet, catering and group charges. Nights spent while redeeming an award are not eligible for Elite credit. Allow 4 to 6 weeks after promotion ends for bonus miles to be posted to your airline/miles program account. Your preferred airline/miles program reserves the right to change program rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time without notice. Any such changes may affect your ability to use the awards or mileage credits that you have accumulated.
