Terms and Conditions:

1. Guest must present and surrender this Award prior to playing the round of golf.
2. This Award may be used to pay for (1) one round (18 holes including cart) during peak season or this Award may be redeemed for (2) two rounds during the value season with cart during certain times of the year as defined by the participating golf course. Complimentary use of the driving range included, where available. Food, beverages, service charges, and other taxes or incidental expenses are not included.
3. Some resorts may require an advance deposit in order to hold a reservation.
4. Not valid for group play (more than four players).
5. This Award is not redeemable for cash or Marriott GiftCards. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN on any unused portion of this Award. This Award is void and will not be honored if sold for cash or other consideration or auctioned on the internet.
6. Any tax liability, including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of this Award is solely the recipient’s responsibility.
7. This Award is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC.
8. This Award may not be valid where prohibited or restricted by law.
9. This Award is transferable when gifted.
10. Marriott Rewards points cannot be earned with the use of this Award.
11. This Award is deemed purchased from and sold from Maryland, USA.
12. Any disputes relating in any way to this Award shall be adjudicated in the courts of Maryland, applying Maryland law.
13. This Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Expiration date cannot be modified or extended.
    
    Hotel Personnel: To receive credit, accepting hotel must void each Award immediately upon use, and process in the MIFS Certificate System.
