Terms and Conditions:

1. This Spa Experience Award is ONLY accepted for beauty treatments and products at Marriott® hotel locations listed. See location list for a complete list of participating hotels.
2. It is not necessary to be a registered guest at the hotel to use this Award.
3. Surrender this Award to the receptionist when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
4. This Award will be converted into local currency value at the hotel's current exchange rate.
5. This Award is not redeemable for cash or Marriott GiftCards. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN on any unused portion of this Award. This Award is void and will not be honored if sold for cash or other consideration or auctioned on the internet.
6. Any tax liability, including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of this Award is solely the recipient’s responsibility.
7. This Award is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC.
8. This Award is transferable when gifted.
9. Marriott Reward points cannot be earned with the use of this Award.
10. This Award is deemed purchased from and sold from Maryland, USA.
11. Any disputes relating in any way to this Award shall be adjudicated in the courts of Maryland, applying Maryland law.
12. This Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Expiration date cannot be modified or extended.
