Smith's Steak & Chop House in the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, Royal Grille & Blu Restaurants in the St. Kitts Marriott Resort, Da Mario Restaurant in the Courtyard Venice Airport, The Maze Restaurant in the London Grosvenor Square, The Corrigan's Restaurant & JW Steakhouse in the Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, The Gilbert Scott Restaurant & Booking Office Bar in the St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel, The Le Pinxo in the Renaissance Paris Vendome, Segaria Restaurant in the Denia Marriott LaSella Golf Resort & Spa, Spain, Summer Winter Restaurant in the Boston Marriott Burlington, Mikuni Nagoya Restaurant in the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel, Japan, The Garden, JW Steakhouse, Champions, Cucina, Vienna Lounge and Pavillion Lounge at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel or any Benihana, Don Shula's, Jackson's All-American, Pusser's Landing, or Ruth Chris' Steakhouse restaurants. Not valid at Residence Inn® by Marriott, SpringHill Suites® by Marriott, TownePlace Suites® by Marriott Fairfield Inn® by Marriott, Marriott Vacation Club®, Marriott ExecuStay® or Marriott Executive Apartments® , locations.
  2. This Award is valid at participating casual and specialty restaurants. For a complete list of participating Marriott brand hotels, visit marriott.com/hotels-search.mi.
  3. Due to fluctuations and availability, some menu items may be excluded from the dining award certificate.
  4. We suggest you call the restaurant and make reservations. Dining Awards may not be accepted at restaurants within a hotel not owned or operated by Marriott. Present Award to server when ordering.
  5. Award cannot be applied toward payment of meal plans, catered meals, banquet, room service, special event meals, or holiday meals.
  6. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
  7. Taxes and gratuities related to the full value of the Award terms are included.
  8. This Award is not valid during the following special events/holidays: New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve/Day.
  9. This Award is not redeemable for cash or Marriott GiftCards. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN on any unused portion of this Award. This Award is void and will not be honored if sold for cash or other consideration or auctioned on the internet.
  10. Any tax liability, including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of this Award is solely the recipient's responsibility.
  11. This Award is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC.
  12. This Award is transferable when gifted.
  13. Marriott Rewards points cannot be earned with the use of this Award.
  14. This Award is deemed purchased from and sold from Maryland, USA.
  15. Any disputes relating in any way to this Award shall be adjudicated in the courts of Maryland, applying Maryland law.
  16. This Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Expiration date cannot be modified or extended.
