As Charlotte can tell you, being a housekeeping supervisor involves a lot more than just making sure her team is bringing towels and refreshing linens. It’s really about bringing smiles to guests’ faces and giving them a fresh perspective on quality service. Charlotte understands her importance to the guest experience at Marriott is all about being a coach and role model to her associates.
Unsure what she’d find when a friend suggested she consider a career with Marriott, Charlotte decided pretty quickly this job was a keeper. “I love the challenge,” she says, “I don’t like to sit still. My positive outlook, and commitment to serving our guests, and supporting my fellow associates really keeps me energized.” And our guests aren’t the only ones who are reaping the rewards of Charlotte’s dedication, either.
