Twenty five years of exceptional focus can teach you a lot – about yourself, about others and about trust. That’s how long Dacius has been with Marriott, serving his entire career with us in the kitchen as Garde Manger, managing the station responsible for preparation of cold foods and food presentation. In part, Dacius is great at his job because he trusts his instincts. He listens to that voice inside that tells him what task in the kitchen needs attention and ensures that every food presentation, down to the last detail, is perfect.
