The Marriott International Management Development Program (MDP)
Offered at U.S.-based properties, this 8 to 10 week intensive immersion program offers participants experience in a focused area of the business, such as accounting and finance, food and beverage, rooms operations and guest services, and sales and marketing. At the successful completion of this training period, employees are offered permanent placement to continue their learning journey. Apply now
The Voyage Program
Offered at select locations outside the U.S., the Voyage Program participants spend 18-24 months specializing in a particular development track such as Operations (i.e. Food & Beverage or Rooms), Sales, Finance, Revenue, HR, and Culinary. Applicants to the program must be recent university graduates. We currently offer the program in the following locations:

- This program targets high potential graduates seeking a management development program and who have eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Application link coming soon.
China [pdf] - Open to Chinese National graduates from respected universities around the world, the Voyage Program in China is limited to Finance & Revenue Management disciplines but will soon also include Rooms Operations, Food & Beverage Service disciplines. Application link coming soon.
India [pdf] - The Voyage Program in India targets high potential graduates from respected universities in India. Since the program is focused on developing management talent to support the growth in the country, it may not be available every year. Marriott India offers graduates of the Voyage Program a career in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Finance, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing Communication and Human Resources. Middle East and Africa [pdf] - Available to those who have work authorization in countries within the Middle East & Africa, the program offers positions in the following disciplines: Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, Rooms Operations and Food & Beverage Service. Application link coming soon.
The LIVE Leader Program
Offered at our Ritz-Carlton properties around the world. This 12 – 18 month program offers participants the chance to rotate through various positions in one department or discipline including rooms operations, food and beverage, and finance. Apply now
