Everything tastes better with barbeque! At our Taste of the South event, you'll get all the tips you need to become a true Southern BBQ chef! Stephen Gitschlag and Nic Erickson clarify the differences and misconceptions between true southern barbecuing (smoking) and grilling. Enjoy the *backyard demonstration* that includes different meats such as chicken, pork ribs, and beef brisket. Then enjoy sampling these meats with different styles of barbecue sauces from the south complemented with all the fixings. The entire experience is rounded out with an educational whiskey presentation that includes tastes off three unique styles.
