Private Instruction

Group Clinics (minimum 3 students)

$50 per student | 1 hour instruction

Academy Instructors

Filippa McDougall

  • Class A member of the PGA of America.
  • Currently the Head Golf Professional and has been at Camelback Golf Club since 2007.
  • Played locally at Xavier College Prep and went on to play collegiately at Duke University.
  • Member of the Swedish National Team.
  • Played professionally on the Futures and Ladies European Tour.
  • With a BA in Psychology, she realizes that a good balance of technique and positive thinking are essential for having fun on the golf course.


Kurt Brown

  • Class A member of the PGA of America.
  • Born and raised in Flint, Michigan.
  • Graduate of Ferris State University's Professional Golf Management program in 2011.
  • Joined the Camelback Team as an Assistant Professional in 2011.
  • Enjoys teaching all types of players, especially junior players in helping them foster a love for the game.


Scott Williams

  • Class A member of the PGA of America
  • Grew up in Brainerd, Minnesota, where he learned the game from his father, a fellow PGA professional.
  • Graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management.
  • Joined the Camelback Team as an Assistant Professional in 2012.
  • Enjoys teaching players of all skills and ages.

2014 Junior Golf Camp

The Golf Camp is available for three separate weeks in June! The camp is geared for junior golfers and all skill levels from beginners to advanced. Ages 8 to 17 are welcome! Camps run Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and costs $125 per student.
