Standard pricing for golf club fittings is $175 for woods or irons. Customers will receive a discount of $50 if fittings for both woods and irons are purchased together. Putter fittings are $100 and an additional $25 discount will apply if the customer's purchase is made with another fitting. Fitting sessions at Wildfire Golf Club are designed to fit each golf club to a player's body type and to help them improve their overall golf game.
Fittings start with a consultation at Wildfire Golf Club's complete practice facility which includes an all-grass driving range, putting and chipping greens and green-side practice bunker. The consultation will help to determine likes and dislikes about the player's current golf clubs. The master club fitter measures club specifications, conducts a club performance review and guides each player through a swing analysis using Wildfire Golf Club's onsite Doppler Phazer Radar launch monitor. The launch monitor tracks a player's swing and the golf ball's entire flight path to gather real-time, actionable data. Key data points included are club head speed, club path, attack angle, ball speed, smash factor, launch angle, launch spin, carry distance, angle of descent and total distance. These factors are considered with key body measurements, player handicap, club length, flex, weight, loft and lie, as well as grip.
Each fitting session includes onsite adjustments and same-day service for current golf clubs, plus golf ball selection tips and recommendations to optimize player performance based on overall test results. "Getting fitted is a process that every avid golfer should experience," said John Wright, director of golf at Wildfire Golf Club. "Custom fitting helps optimize the golf club for a player's unique swing and tendencies so they know exactly what their clubs can do for them on the course."
