Hotel Details and Amenities

Every Marriott hotel has its own website that provides specific hotel details such as amenities, policies and rate rules. Hotel websites also provide floor plans, photo galleries and other information to future guests. A hotel’s website can be accessed by selecting a specific hotel from the search results list and clicking “View Hotel Website” in the overview pop-up.

How can I get directions to a hotel?

Click the "Local Area" link located over the main image on any hotel website. You may then click on "Maps & Transportation", located under the "In This Section" area. Please note that driving directions are not available for all countries.

How can I find out if a hotel offers airport transportation?

For information regarding airport and other local transportation options, click the "Local Area" link located over the main image on any hotel website. You may then click on "Maps & Transportation", located under the "In This Section" area.

How can I find out if a hotel offers high-speed Internet access?

There are three ways to find out if a hotel offers high-speed Internet access:

1. From the find hotel page, click on the hotel name and then select the Amenities tab displayed on the right hand side.

2. Click the “Our Hotel” link, located on the hotel website and the high-speed Internet access information will be displayed under Key Amenities.

3. Filter your search results for High-speed internet once a list of hotels is displayed. Simply check the “High-speed internet” box in the amenities list to the right of the page, under Filter Results.

How can I find out what area businesses are near a hotel?

Navigate to the “Map & Local Area” section located on the main page of the hotel website. Then, click "Visitor's Guide" which will highlight nearby business, shopping centers, restaurants and other points of interests.

How do I view photographs of a specific Marriott property on my SmartPhone?

The app will display a sample image of a specific Marriott property on the Hotel Details page. When you select the image, it will open a gallery of photos for that property.

Do your hotels offer “Park Here, Fly There” room and parking packages?

Yes. To find hotels offering "Park Here, Fly There" packages:

1. Select your destination
2. Enter your stay details
3. Go to the “Special Rates” drop down and in the “Corporate/promo code” field enter the code PFK.

Do hotels allow pets?

There are various places to confirm if a hotel is pet friendly:

1. The find hotels page after performing a search.

2. Click “Our Hotel” located under the main image on any hotel website. The pet policy will be listed under the Key Amenities section.

3. You can also filter your search results for pet-friendly hotels once a list of hotels is displayed. Simply check the “Pet friendly” box in the amenities list to the right of the page, under Filter Results.

Why does Marriott have a Smoke-free Hotel Policy?

Marriott is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment, and is proud to boast one of the most comprehensive smoke-free hotel policies in the industry. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings, guests are permitted to smoke outside in designated areas. Guests who do not comply will be charged a room-recovery fee to restore guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Can I have a package sent to a Marriott hotel?

All hotels accept packages but it is recommended calling the ahead to verify if there are any fees.

What is the minimum age required to check-in?

Since there is no standard age requirement, please contact your hotel directly.
