Sunday Brunch at Pienza

Our executive chefs invite you to a feast presented at 5 market-inspired stations, offering an abundant selection of seasonal fruits, fresh-baked pastries, seafood salads, baked pasta and risotto, slow-cooked meats, made-to-order waffles and omelets, and handmade desserts such as chocolate cake and tiramisu.

 

Enjoy these outstanding specialties along with live musical performances by Stereo Strings. No two experiences or menus are ever the same.

Pienza’s Thanksgiving Day Grand Buffet

Get ready for the ultimate Thanksgiving Day Feast! Gather the family around a feast specially prepared by our Executive Chef and “gobble down” a delicious Thanksgiving meal with all your favorites. Our Grand Buffet features a variety of stations including a carving station, flat bread station, market buffet station and much more. “Little turkeys” will even enjoy their very own kid’s station complete with Mac N’cheese and more .

Thanksgiving Family Feast at Pose Rooftop Lounge

Bring the family together for an afternoon Thanksgiving feast, set atop the hotel’s 18th floor, with spectacular views of the city. Guests will indulge in a variety of specialty dishes prepared by our culinary team including a selection of seafood, brunch specials and traditional Thanksgiving offerings followed by a selection of delicious desserts.

Gourmet Holiday Yule Log  Experience

Just in time for the holidays, discover the mystery and magic behind making this time-honored holiday traditional dessert.  Bring a cup full of cheer as you embark on this new, 90-minute experience that begins with a breakfast buffet at Pienza, followed by a gourmet interactive demonstration in Belvedere Lobby Bar’s show kitchen. Our talented pastry team walks participants through the step-by-step process of making Yule Logs – from forming the sponge cake roll to designing a detailed holiday-themed creations. Next, create your own Christmas masterpiece with the guidance of our pastry instructors. The class concludes with a take-home  guide that offers steps-by-step instructions, recipes, and tips and tricks for you to test your skills at home. Yule Logs will also be available for purchase. (Advance booking is strongly encouraged, as the class size is limited.)

Old Hickory Wine & Cheese Classes – Holiday Edition

Increase your “Cheese IQ” with our fun and educational class led by out Maître d’fromage. The class will cover everything you always wanted to know about cheese, but were afraid to ask. Topics will include cheese terminology, cheese selection and storage, cheese pairings and more. You will taste s selection of three different cheeses and wine pairings as part of the class and receive a take home informational booklet.
