Our largest and recently renovated Empire Ballroom is one of Boston’s most requested event venues. Holding an impressive 4,320 square feet, the Empire Ballroom accommodates up to 500 for a theater-style presentation and as many as 320 for banquet-style reception in our Downtown Boston hotel.
Host spectacular evening affairs and receptions in the Washington Ballroom. This room features 3,570 square feet of flexible space, an abundance of windows and room for 70 to 250 participants, depending on your event's style.
At 2,970 square feet, our Theater Ballroom offers plenty of natural lighting and is ideal for small receptions, presentations and conference kickoffs in our Downtown Boston business hotel. Enjoy room for 210 participants for a banquet reception and up to 250 in a theater-style configuration.
Ideal for VIP conclaves or private meetings during a larger event, this 345-square-foot executive boardroom is well-appointed with a fireplace and natural lighting. Host small groups of up to 12 participants in this elegant Downtown Boston meeting space.
Wilbur/Colonial & Shubert/Charles Rooms
Wilbur/Colonial and Shubert/Charles are two breakout spaces holding 1,155 and 1,674 square feet of flexible event space and can accommodate between 30 to 215 participants depending on configuration.
Unique to other meeting spaces in Boston, the Library is particularly intimate with an elegant fireplace and original wood paneling. This space is ideal for 120 participants in a theater-style setup or 150 for a reception.
