  • Accommodates up to 1,000 guests for reception or seated banquet
  • Divisible into 5 smaller rooms


Oakdale Ballroom

  • 7,200 square feet of flexible space
  • Accommodates up to 500 guests for reception and 350 guests for seated banquet
  • Divisible into 5 smaller rooms

Outdoor Terrace

  • 10,000-square-foot terrace
  • Accommodates cocktail and other receptions for 300 guests or more
  • Outdoor furniture available
  • Space can be decorated to fit themed events
  • Located just off of the Iowa River, overlooking water and walking trails
  • Upper and lower terraces may be separated to fit your event

Pre-Function Space
