Accommodating 54 to 584 people, each has enough data connectivity to transfer the text and images of an entire encyclopedia in a single second. National Harbor Conference Rooms

Located on the top level of Gaylord National's convention center, our 15 National Harbor Conference Rooms can be configured in sizes ranging from 643 to 5,256 square feet.

Strategically located between the Potomac and Maryland Ballrooms for smooth transitions from general sessions to smaller workshops, the Chesapeake Conference Rooms offer your attendees the ultimate in flexibility and convenience.

Azalea, Camellia, Magnolia, Annapolis & Baltimore Conference Rooms

These conference rooms are part of our exclusive "Hotel within a Hotel" concept. Located in close proximity to guest rooms, these conference rooms afford attendees a more personalized meeting environment secluded from the daily activity of the Convention Center. The Woodrow Wilson and Cherry Blossom Ballrooms, along with an expansive balcony overlooking the atrium, give meetings extra panache.

RiverView Terrace

Delight your guests with dramatic ambiance and sweeping views from our 15,000-square-foot waterfront venue, welcoming up to 1,200 guests for receptions and 700 for banquets. Exclusive features include firepits, Tivoli twinkle lights, marquee tenting, creative catering and the most spectacular highlight of all—a private fireworks display above the skyline.
