Brick Salt Bar+Kitchen's entirely re-conceived menu is a modern take on traditional American Southern cuisine.

Fresh Local Ingredients

Brick Salt Bar+Kitchen's menu incorporates fresh ingredients from local suppliers, as well as one hyper-local supplier—our own portable garden beds located on the third floor of our hotel. During the growing season, we pick tomatoes, peppers and herbs for use exclusively in the Brick Salt kitchen.

We serve breakfast seven days a week, and feature an extensive breakfast buffet on the weekends that is popular with locals and guests alike. Select from breakfast specialties, such as Eggs Benedict, French Toast, or an Egg White Frittata. Our holiday meals, particularly our Thanksgiving Buffet, have also been longtime community favorites.

The Brick Salt Bar+Kitchen offers a wide selection of beer on tap and in bottles, as well as several fine wines with diverse flavor profiles from California, Washington state and New Zealand. If you can't decide on a wine, opt for our special Brick Salt Wine Flights, offering two 3-ounce glasses of wine at an affordable price. Favorite cocktails include our bartenders' Cucumber Gin Martini and Spiced Chocolate Martini. We also proudly serve Starbucks® coffee.
