Diners can enhance their 8-ounce petite filet mignons, 14-ounce prime New York strips and 20-ounce prime cowboy rib-eyes with a number of embellishments, including a brandy peppercorn sauce or sautéed cremini mushrooms. The Raw Bar, featuring jumbo Alaskan king crab legs, colossal shrimp and oysters on the half shell – along with bourbon glazed salmon – are among the chef's fresh seafood choices.
