About Our Chef
Executive Chef Thomas O'Keefe
Chef Thomas O'Keefe has been with Marriott Hotels and Resorts for over 25 years and has traveled the world to bring his experience and cuisine to our hotel near LAX airport.
During his career, O'Keefe has created menus for President Gerald Ford, Bob Hope and Frank Sinatra, preparing Frank’s favorite spaghetti and meatballs. He has also been involved with the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl.
O’Keefe has been featured in Food Arts, Plate Magazine and the Los Angeles Times and has served as a judge on the “Food Network Challenge” show and Fox Network’s “Miami Deco Drive.”
He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation.
