Chaz’s breakfast menu incorporates light and heartier fare. Our specialties include: Lobster Benedict with fried green tomato and local hackleback sturgeon caviar; a Belgian Waffle with house -made lingonberry jam and pure Vermont maple syrup; as well as the Chef's omelet. A special a la carte Weekend Jazz Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition, the restaurant offers a separate Directors Wine List that showcases distinct wines exemplary of their respective region or grape varietal.
Chaz mixologists are known for deftly crafting classic cocktails to old school standards and keeping the menu fresh with their own creations. Our local cocktail favorites include the (Manhattan, Sidecar, Mojito, Singapore Sling, Old Fashion and Tom Collins) Peach and Basil Moscow Mule, Dark & Stormy and Hazy Hayden. The bar offers a fine selection of single malt Scotch, bourbon whiskies, aperitifs and liqueurs.
