Full Bar Featuring Craft Beers

The full bar serves seasonal craft beer on draught, as well as delightful craft bottle selections ranging from sweet and pale, to robust and deep. Great care is taken when creating our hand-crafted cocktails, meticulously constructed with only the finest ingredients, sourced from our Whisper Creek Farm.

Big Storm Brewery

The Brewery produces 28 gallons of beer weekly including five styles of beer created each season—Dark, Wheat/Light, Amber, IPA and a Special Brew (a seasonal made from the freshest farm ingredients). Grande Lakes Orlando has collaborated with nearby Florida Beer Company, a Cape Canaveral-based brewery, to create its very own flagship beer: Surplus. Surplus is a signature Floridian honey citrus ale, which is naturally infused with Grande Lakes honey sourced from the resort’s on-property apiaries, and is available year-round throughout the resort’s outlets.
