Executive Chef Paul Fazio began his career cooking at night to pay for his art school degree. He soon discovered that his creative passion was driven by the enjoyment of planning and preparing great food. Even though his career in graphic design never materialized, he soon realized a new medium of expression that touched all five senses. Having had the fortune of working under many great chefs, his most memorable work experiences have been at The Frenchtown Inn, the NY Marriott Marquis and most recently, The NY Palace Hotel. Chef Paul is excited to join his new team at the New York Marriott East Side.
