A native of Germany, Reinhold began his training where he was born and raised and now brings more than 20 years of experience to the table. His first experiences in the kitchen were as a child with his mother, who encouraged him to become a professional chef. Reinhold’s family owned a farm in Germany, inspiring him at a young age to take advantage of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Today, he and his wife enjoy preparing simple, healthy foods at home and appreciate the convenience of shopping at the Union Square Greenmarket, which is nearby.
