Eric Henck, Sous Chef

The Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa’s renowned French Sous Chef, Eric Henck , brings a wealth of international experience to the Resort following long serving stints at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman in the Caribbean and The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island in Florida. He also boasts years of fine-dining culinary experience in several Michelin star restaurants in France, Germany and Brazil.

Andrew Fraser, Executive Chef

Running the kitchens of one of the Gold Coast’s most successful hotels is all in a days work for Chef Andrew Fraser and his team. Recently announced as the "2014 Chef of the Year" for Australia at the AHA Awards, to Andrew, every dish is a masterpiece, every banquet event has an air of quality, and every menu is a chance for him to express his creative flair.
