Located in The Lodge at Sonoma in California’s Wine Country, Carneros Bistro features seasonal farm-to-table cuisine. Focusing on using the very best from local Sonoma farms, ranches and dairies. The modern local cuisine is complemented by a 400 Sonoma County wine list. Executive Chef Joshua Murray

Chef Joshua Murray brings 15-plus years of industry experience to the resort including time in Chantilly, VA at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles; Fort Lauderdale, FL at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa; and Palm Desert, CA at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. Accolades and honors continue to accumulate for Murray, including gold, silver and bronze medals in various American Culinary Federation competitions.

Chef Andrew Wilson

Chef de Cuisine, Andrew Wilson, brings his signature style, highlighting seasonal ingredients with European techniques. Andrew came to Carneros with 20 years of restaurant-industry experience, cooking in internationally-acclaimed kitchens from South Carolina to San Francisco and has earned accolades in Esquire, The Wine Spectator, The New York Times, Food & Wine and Gourmet.
