Even if you’re not into the Disneyland, California Adventure or Knott’s Berry Farm scene, there are plenty of things to do when you’re staying at our Anaheim hotels. Head to the City of Orange to walk the grounds of beautiful Chapman University, see a show at The Grove or grab a hot dog and settle in for an Angels baseball game at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
For a fresh taste of Anaheim, hotel guests can head downtown to the bustling farmers’ market (there’s a craft fair and live music, too) or visit Andrei’s, one of many restaurants participating in the “slow food” movement. After a meal, head to the Anaheim Gardenwalk for cocktails and a round of shopping for the latest fashions at Georgiou, Hollister and Rebel. But don’t stop there: The Village at Orange, Anaheim Plaza and the South Coast Plaza each make a great second stop on your shopping itinerary.
If sports is your theme, then consider taking one of the Newport Beach Sportfishing Trips at nearby Newport Landing or a Whale and Dolphin watching cruise. Even spending an afternoon at Seal Beach or Huntington Beach will help you to decompress from all the excitement near your Anaheim accommodations.
