The one-of-a-kind, 18,392-square-foot Emerald Ballroom blends sublime elegance with sophisticated design, and features dazzling space with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast dramatic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Outdoor Wedding Venues

Let’s start with one of Valley's most desired ceremony locations, the Rose Lawn at the Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa. With the surrounding mountains forming the backdrop to our colorful and beautifully landscaped gardens, very little else is needed to set the stage for the wedding ceremony you’ve always dreamed of.

 

Our Emerald Lawn is the most exclusive and private ceremony location at the The Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa. Whether you are gathering 20 guests or 200, the luscious green lawn area is the ideal stage for your ceremony.

 

With the beautiful blue lake as the backdrop of this ceremony location, the Spa Terrace is an ideal location for ceremonies up to 100 guests.

Indoor Wedding Venues

With a split-level reception area and a balcony overlooking the 18th fairway of the Players Course, the Lobby Court is the perfect location for an intimate wedding of up to 120 guests.

 

Ideal for large receptions, the almost 20,000-square-foot Emerald Ballroom features sophisticated design and floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

 

Boasting 15 grand chandeliers, the 15,000-square-foot Crystal Ballroom accommodates up to 980 guests for an elegant sit down dinner.

 

The newly renovated Valencia Ballroom, accommodating up to 350 guests for a sit down dinner, features modern accoutrements and stylish light fixtures.
