Wedding Rehearsals, Ceremonies, and Receptions

Whether your guests come from across the country or across the street, a welcome reception/rehearsal dinner is a great way to begin the wedding festivities. Entertain your guests in a private venue with a customized menu or enjoy one of the many restaurants the resort has to offer. Anything from hors d’oeuvres and cocktails to a full blown meal, we will gladly assist you with all the details. Your ceremony will include everything from white garden chairs, gift and guestbook table, our finest resort linens, a changing room for the bride, water service, the wedding cake to die for, complete bar service, and even a microphone for the officiate. We also offer a complimentary room for the bride and groom for the wedding night, with romantic turndown service.

About Your Event Manager

Your  Renaissance Event Manager will:

  • Act as your primary resort contact, available to answer all your questions and communicate with other departments as necessary.
  • Provide you with an outline of your financial commitments and pre-payment schedule.
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event orders, outlining your entire event for your approval.
  • Create a floor plan of your function space in order for you to make specific seating arrangements.
  • Act as a menu consultant for all your food and beverage selections.
  • Review your banquets check for accuracy prior to and following the completion of your deposits and final billing.
  • Recommend special event professional to provide music, floral, photography, wedding coordination, ceremony officiates, etc.
  • Event Manager will be there on the day of your event,  to work with the Event Banquet Captain and the Wedding Coordinator.

 

About Your Event Banquet Captain

Your Renaissance Event Banquet Captain/Manager will:

  • Be introduced to you during a visit to the resort, at menu tasting or during the reception.
  • Oversee the entire event from setup to execution.
  • Check with the bridal party, wedding coordinator and guests during the event to assure satisfaction.
  • Assist in arranging delivery of wedding items to vehicles and guest rooms by the bell stand.
  • Review the final bill at conclusion of event.
