- Driving directions: Exit the airport, look for purple sign #4 Lejeune Road South to 836 West. Follow to the FL Turnpike South. Take the turnpike to the end, which turns into US 1. Follow US1 to Key West. As you approach Key West, get into the right hand lane. Exit right to South Route 1 Business District. Stay in your right lane to first traffic light (1 mile). Hotel is on the right.
