At the northeastern end of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, Hampton Cove is a 54-hole facility where the terrain changes drastically from one side of the property to the other. Historic Huntsville Depot
The Huntsville Depot was used as a Union hospital, prison and as quarters for both black and white Union soldiers, who left graffiti on the 3rd floor walls. Climb on locomotives, examine Civil War graffiti, and listen as robotic agents tell about working for the railroad. Big Spring Park
Located in downtown Huntsville, Big Spring Park is most noted as being the site of the Panoply Arts Festival, held there the last full weekend in April, and Big Spring Jam, an annual music festival that usually occurs on the fourth weekend in September. The park also features gifts given by other countries to Huntsville such as the "Red Bridge" from Japan, 60 cherry blossom trees from Japan, a 1903 light beacon, a 1929 fog bell given by Norway, and a park bench given by Britain.
