Poor experience
This was not a quality Marriott experience. The service was poor, the food was not well done, and no matter who we spoke with, nothing was handled. My husband bit on a sea shell in his appetizer. Our soup ended up cold since nobody brought us spoons. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel.

Not an experience you expect from Marriott
Your Front office guys were horrible, specially one guy, if you want I can provide his name too. I was there on a Corporate Booking as I worked in Deloitte, and a king bed room was booked for me and he gave me Queen and there was no apology, he was giving excuses. Another day, when I came back tired from office around 9.30 PM I discover no room key is working, I have to go down and get a new one again, I told him this is not done and again rather being apologetic he was silent, I don't know how you employ people like him.This is not expected of Marriott, it's a shame. On top of that, every day I am supposed to get 500 bonus Marriott points for not taking room service, that also I haven't received, another fight on hand, incredible service.

The perfect hotel with the perfect staff!
Our stay at the Towson Marriott, once again was ideal. Every staff member is thoughtful and helpful, and are genuinely nice. The rooms, and hotel overall, is exceptionally clean, and offers every accommodation short of a pool. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would enthusiastically return here again and again.

Awesome experience
Everyone at the Towson Marriott was fabtastic. From checkin to closing down the bar the last night, i felt welcomed and appreciated.
