Classic East Side Hotel (3 of 42)

Originally built in the 1920’s as a hotel for business women, it felt more like a residence than a conventional hotel, which is still evident today although newly renovated. The facades are of deep red brick, with inset marble and terra cotta elements. The roof is rimmed with an oxidized copper trellis, suggestive of a high garden which is where the Sky Loft Suites are today.
