Courtyard Seattle Downtown/Pioneer Square

Historic Exterior (21 of 45)

The Courtyard Downtown Seattle Pioneer Square is an adaptive reuse of the historic 1904 Alaska Building, originally built as a bank during the Gold Rush. The Alaska Building was the first steel-framed structure and the first real "skyscraper" in the Northwest. It was also the tallest building in Seattle until 1911.
