In order for guest room charges to qualify for point or miles earnings, the room block must be fulfilled with at least 10 guest rooms on at least one night.
Qualifying charges include guest rooms (regardless if the rate is paid by the company or individual guest), meeting room rental, food and beverage, audio-visual services and equipment, any décor specially ordered by the hotel, and contracted ancillary charges at on-property spa and golf facilities. Taxes, service charges, gratuities, fees, and ancillary charges not added to the master bill do not qualify for earning.
