Terms and Conditions
Offer is valid for business booked to actualize in 2013. Not valid on previously book business. Free transportation is round trip from RSW airport based upon an 8 hour arrival time frame on group main arrival and departure day. Any transportation scheduled outside the 8 hour time frame will incur additional charge and be the responsibility of the group. Number of transfers based on single occupancy of number of rooms on peak night. 3 night peak required to qualify, minimum 100 rooms on peak required for complimentary transportation. For free Wi-Fi group must utilize the resort AV company for the program's audio visual needs. Some restrictions and blackout dates apply. Limited number of rooms are available for this promotion.
