The Wonderful West Palm Beach Meeting package is based on availability and requires a minimum of 100 total rooms. Meeting must be held over a published Value Date by December 31, 2013. Group must meet catering minimums to qualify to complimentary welcome reception. Offer not valid on previously booked or negotiated meetings or government-rated business. Offer cannot be combined with any other group offer or promotion. Certain black-out dates will apply. You must ask for the Wonderful West Palm Beach Meeting package before final contract negotiations. A signed sales/catering contract with the hotel is required to qualify for the promotion.
