Terms and Conditions
Marriott Rewards members (*Member*) will earn double Marriott Rewards points up to 100,000 (50,000 base + 50,000 bonus) on qualifying charges per meeting or event. The Double Points promotion must be included in the sales/catering contract. It is the member's responsibility to ensure inclusion in the contract. Members earn double points based upon the base earning of 3 points per USD in qualifying charges, up to a maximum of 50,000 base points. To be eligible for Double Points, qualifying events or meetings must be contracted between March 12, 2013 and August 31, 2013 and held between July 1, 2013 and September 7, 2013 or available 2013 weekends (Thursday-Sunday) between March 14, 2013 and December 29, 2013. Not valid for meetings or events previously booked prior to the Double Points promotion. Cannot be combined with any other group offer or promotion. Qualifying event charges include food, beverages, meeting room rental and audio visual equipment. Guestroom rate charges also qualify but only when contract has a minimum of ten guestrooms actualized for at least one night (with or without catering). Qualifying charges do not include any taxes, gratuities or service fees nor any food and beverage or other incidental charges on individual guestroom folios. The Rewards registered member must sign a group /catering contract with the hotel for the event or meeting to qualify. The Member eligible to earn Points must be either the main contact recorded on page one of the contract or the authorized signor of the contract. It is the member's responsibility to comply with their own company policy concerning travel programs. Points can be redeemed for Meeting Credit certificates (50,000 points can be exchanged for a $250 USD certificate good toward a future meeting or event at JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, and Courtyard by Marriott).
