Offer is available only during the participating hotels' value dates. Rebate offer and two added bonus items for the Renaissance group offer are limited to participating Renaissance Hotels in United States and Canada. To be eligible for the rebate, qualifying meetings/booking must consist of minimum revenues of $10,000. The maximum rebate to master account permitted under the terms of this promotion is $25,000.

- 6% rebate on revenues of $50,000 and above

As an added bonus, meeting planner may pick any two of the following items:

Rebate, which will be applied to final master bill, does not apply to any surcharges, gratuities, taxes or third-party charges. It will be up to hotel’s discretion of what the welcome reception is comprised of, depending upon what is appropriate for the hotel and group. Offer valid on new contracts only that are booked between May 16, 2011, and September 15, 2011, and meetings must be held before December 31, 2012. The meeting planner must sign a contract with the hotel on behalf of the group to govern the terms of the meeting (“Sales Contract”). The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract . The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Sales Contract. Whether to book a meeting is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. Availability and terms of offer will be confirmed during contract sales process. Blackout dates may apply for special events.
