Members Have Rolled Over 1O Million Nights Toward Their 2010 Elite Status |

| Elite Rollover Nights – when you stay enough nights to earn Elite status in 2009, we’re rolling over all additional nights to 2010 (for example, Silver member nights in excess of 10, Gold member nights in excess of 50 and Platinum members nights in excess of 75). Elite Rollover Nights is the only rollover program we know of. Enjoy it and its benefits as much as you like. Learn more or check your account and reserve a stay before the end of the year. |

Marriott Vacation Club Awards Changed |

| The number of points required for redemption stays at Marriott Vacation Club resorts has changed. Marriott Vacation Club properties have been assigned hotel category levels, which means that the points required for a free night at Marriott Vacation Clubs resorts has changed. This new pricing applies to Marriott Vacation Club redemption reservations booked on or after July 17, 2009. Visit our FAQ page for more information |

| No Blackout Dates: Blackout dates have been eliminated at nearly 2,900 Marriott hotels, making it possible for you to redeem points for rooms in more places worldwide. Redeem for 4 nights and get the 5th redemption night free: When you use your Marriott Rewards points to stay at a Marriott hotel for four nights, you'll get the fifth night for free. Enjoy a 50% Platinum Elite Bonus: Platinum Elite Members will receive a 50% bonus on points earned during stays at any Marriott hotel – an increase from 30%. That’s like a bonus on top of a bonus. The "News" on Newspaper Delivery |

| In your member profile, you now have a new newspaper preference option you can select when staying at Marriott hotels. Your available options are determined by the hotel brand you’re staying at and where the hotel is located. Hotels in the United States: At JW Marriott, Marriott and Renaissance hotels, we deliver your preferred newspaper to your door. When you select “No delivery – available in lobby,” newspapers are available at the front desk or in other public areas throughout the hotel. For Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites, newspapers are available at or near the front desk. Hotels Outside the United States: At Marriott, JW Marriott, and Renaissance hotels, we offer members a choice of local newspaper delivery options at time of check-in. Due to the limited availability of USA Today and Wall Street Journal overseas, those titles might not be available. For Courtyard and Marriott Executive Apartments, local newspapers are available in public areas throughout the hotel. Update your newspaper preference profile anytime. |
