Hotel Category Changes effective as of May 16, 2013
Effective May 16, 2013, Marriott Rewards implemented changes to which hotels are in which category as part of our annual review. Additionally, there is a new Category 9, requiring 45,000 points per night. All redemption reservations booked on or before May 15, 2013, for stays after May 16, 2013, will be honored at the point price at which they were booked. Marriott Rewards program change: Last chance to earn PAYBACK points.
Effective June 1, 2011, members will no longer have the option to earn PAYBACK points. The last day to earn PAYBACK points or convert your Marriott Rewards points to PAYBACK points is May 31, 2011.
