Call City Cruises at 0208 237 5134. Reservations are essential and must be made in advance. Please advise the reservation agent that a Marriott Rewards certificate will be used. The reservation will be held using the Marriott Rewards member’s credit card.

Order the Marriott Rewards certfiicate (code 538) online by selecting the quantity then clicking "Continue" in the box above. Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issuance and are non-refundable.

Upon arrival at Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1 (18.45 hours for 19.00 hours), the Marriott Rewards member should present the Marriott Rewards certificate to the Head Waiter who will be checking the member in. Westminster Pier is located close to the Westminster Underground.

Reservations can be made as far in advance as possible, but cancellations can only be accepted with 24-hour notice.

The Marriott Rewards member credit card will be charged for the amount of the trip if they do not show up for the reserved tickets and do not cancel with 24 hours' notice.
