Once the reservation has been made, Eurostar will quote a booking number which must be noted to confirm your reservation.

Your rewards certificate must be sent to the address quoted at the time your reservation is made.

Reservations cannot be made prior to 4 months before the date of travel and must be made no later than 14 days before departure. Seats are subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions
- You should arrive at least 45 minutes before the departure of your train to ensure you have time if you have to collect travel tickets.
- Tickets will be issued to the name that appears at the top of the reward certificate only.
- Tickets will be ready for collection from one of the E ticket Machines situated at St. Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford Stations or from any other of the Eurostar Stations quoting your booking reference and Credit Card (This is identification only and will not be charged).
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All taxes are included in the ticket.
- Passengers must carry a valid passport for travel and are responsible for any necessary visa requirements.
- Tickets issued on this program are valid for travel on Eurostar between London, Paris, Brussels, Lille or Disneyland Paris and visa versa.
- Once bookings have been made through the Eurostar reservation office on the above number, travel cannot be altered as tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If only one portion of the reward ticket is used, the unused portion is forfeited. Certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, certificate, or discount.
- All reward tickets on Eurostar certificates must be issued through the above number. Tickets and reservations for this program cannot be made through any of the Eurostar stations, Departments, Rail Europe UK or USA or travel agents.
