As services operate everyday of the year except Christmas Day, at frequent intervals (every 20 minutes summer/every 40 minutes winter) no reservations are required.

Rewards members simply present their Marriott Rewards certificate to the City Cruises Box Office on arrival at either Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1, Tower Pier, Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4DT, Greenwich Pier, King William Walk, SE10, or Waterloo Pier, London Eye, SE1. The Westminster Pier is located close to the Westminster Underground, and the Tower Pier is located near the Tower Hill Underground.
