To Order Reward: 

  1. Call 1-800-MARRIOTT to book your 5-night reward reservation at one of the eight (8) participating resorts. Inform the reservation agent that you will also be using an
    Inclusive Reward.
  2. After the hotel reservation is confirmed, you can finish ordering your Inclusive Reward over the phone with a Marriott Rewards Guest Relations representative.
  3. The Inclusive Reward will be issued electronically and will be available at the hotel upon check-in.

Inclusive Reward includes:

  • Taxes and service charges (Except in Cancún)
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at resort restaurants (select items may have a surcharge)
  • Premium brand liquor, local beer, house wine by the glass and non-alcoholic beverages (luxury brand liquor not included)
  • Complimentary use of health club and tennis courts
  • Non-motorized hotel sponsored water sports
  • Kids' Club activities*
  • Discounts for golf, massages and merchandise*
  • Children up to 12 years of age are included at no additional cost

*Inclusion offerings vary by property

Exclusions include:  motorized water sports and equipment, retail shop purchases, room service, luxury brand liquor, transfers to and from airport, airfare, On-Command movie purchases, local and long distance telephone calls, spa services.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Inclusive Reward is only valid at participating Marriott resorts in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  2. Inclusive Reward also requires either a 5 or 7 night redemption reward and cannot be used with any other length of stay.
  3. Marriott Rewards points are not earned with reward usage.
  4. Reward is based upon a maximum of two adults per room. 
  5. Daily extra person charge incurred for more than two adults.
  6. Inclusive offerings vary by property.
  7. Exclusions apply, and vary by property.
  8. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
  9. Marriott Rewards points will not be refunded for days not used due to an early check out or late arrival.
  10. Advance reservations required.
  11. Inclusive Reward is only applicable to occupants of Reward room.
  12. Reward expires 12 months after date of order.
  13. All other Marriott Rewards terms and conditions apply.
