At time of your booking, you must identify yourself as a Marriott Rewards member and provide your name, cruise certificate number, and Rewards level. Your cruise specialist will assist you with both your booking and certificate redemption. If you have not yet redeemed your points for a cruise certificate, your cruise specialist will assist you.

Marriott Rewards cruise certificates are transferable for use by friends and family.

Marriott Rewards cruise certificate can only be redeemed at time of deposit.

Multiple Marriott Rewards cruise certificates are allowed at time of deposit toward your cruise purchase. Deposits are required based on cruise line policies.

Third-party certificate payers are allowed.

Marriott Rewards cruise certificates may be used toward your cruise fare, stateroom upgrades, cruisetours, airfare provided by the cruise line, port charges, government taxes and fees, travel insurance, and our processing fee.

Marriott Rewards cruise certificates may not be used toward personal expenditures onboard, medical expenses or gratuities added while you are onboard.

Refunds are not permitted for unused portions of your Marriott Rewards cruise certificate.

In the event that you cancel your cruise, cancellation fees may either be assessed to a Marriott Rewards cruise certificate of your choosing, towards any monetary payments such as a credit card or a combination of both. If cancellation fees are assessed to your Marriott Rewards cruise certificate, the full value of the certificate will be retained, regardless of cancellation fee amount, as partial refunds of Marriott Rewards cruise certificates are not possible.
