Upon redemption of Marriott Rewards points, members will receive a paper reward certificate within 6 weeks, containing a reward code and instructions for online membership application with Priority Pass.

- Members should allow up to 14 working days from the time of submitting the Priority Pass membership application to receive their Priority Pass membership card.

To expedite receipt of the reward certificate, members should contact Marriott Rewards Guest Service Center.

Marriott Rewards members must submit an online application with Priority Pass for their reward to take effect.

When submitting the online application with Priority Pass, members must key in the reward code as printed on the reward certificate as a secure identifier of the type of reward that has been requested. Members must also submit their Marriott Rewards account number during application.

Members will not earn Marriott Rewards points for lounge visit fees paid for by the member.

Priority Pass memberships are valid for 12 months plus 3 free months from the time of online application with Priority Pass.
