Valid for new business booked and actualized from now to March 31, 2010.  Must book a minimum of 25 peak room nights to qualify.  Rooms are limited and based on space availability.  Weekday and Weekend rates.  Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.  Meeting guest must stay a minimum two nights consecutive paid stay to earn the $50 Bonus Bucks.  $50 Bonus Bucks are valid at all Marriott Hotels & Resorts around the world.  $50 coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Tax is additional.  Blackout dates may apply.  Advance reservations required.  Other restrictions may apply.  Rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservations.
