For meetings with 25 or more peak room nights booked by December 31, 2009 and actualized by December 31, 2010.  Not valid on previously booked business - new contacts only.  Business must be contracted with a signed agreement between the dates of January 1 and June 30, 2009.  Limited number of rooms are available for this promotion.  Tax is additional.  Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.  Blackout dates may apply.  Advance reservations required.  Other restrictions may apply.  Rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservations.
