| Yes. Anyone traveling on business is eligible for a corporate rate. |

| 2. How do I book my company’s negotiated rate online? |
|
| A "Corporate/Promotional" code field is located in the Find & Reserve form and in most search modules throughout the site. When you enter your company’s corporate code and stay dates in a search, your company’s negotiated rates will be applied. If you need access to your company’s code, you may contact us by sending an e-mail. Proof of eligibility is required. |

| 3. If I'm attending a convention or a part of a group, can I book these special rates online? |
|
| Yes. A special group code is required and must be entered in the Group Code field found under the Find & Reserve tab and in most search modules throughout the site. Your group coordinator must have established this code with the hotel in advance. Ask your group coordinator for the special code or contact us by email. |

| 4. If I modify my reservation, will my rate change? |
|
| Possibly. Rates are set by factors such as seasonality, day of the week, length of stay, room type, number of individuals in the room, etc. Modification of any one of these items may change the room rate. |

| 5. I'm a senior citizen. Am I eligible for any special senior discounted rates? |
|
| If you are 62 years or older, you can save at least 15% on your room rate at more than 2,000 Marriott hotels worldwide. Please refer to Terms and Conditions. The "Senior Discount" search option is found under the "Special Rates" section on the Find & Reserve page and in most search modules throughout the site. |

| 6. My dates are flexible. How can I see if the special rate I'm seeking is available for alternate dates? |
|
| You can search alternate availability for a special rate. After entering a destination, travel dates and a special rate code, the hotels and rates that match your search criteria will appear. At the bottom of the search results page, you'll find the "Dates Flexible?" link. Click on this link and follow the "Alternate Date Finder" steps to see when and where your special rate is available. |

| 7. What is a promotional code? |
|
| Promotional codes are alphabetical and numerical indicators of specified rates. Promotional codes for special rates, within the Deals section of Marriott.com, are usually pre-populated in the Corporate/Promotional code field. Promotional codes for deals are sometimes provided for you to enter into the group code field. |

| Yes. Members of the military and government employees are eligible for special discounts. Your government or military identification is required at check-in. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details. |

| You can indicate your preferred price range in the Special Rates section of the Find & Reserve page. Additionally, if you enter dates in your search, you can sort your search results by price. |

| 11. I am a travel agent arranging my own personal travel. How can I book special rates for which I am eligible? |

| Marriott.com’s Travel Agent Web site leads the hotel industry with a state-of-the-art experience designed by travel agents, for travel agents. The travel agent site can be accessed through the Marriott.com homepage. There, you will find rates available only to travel agents for their personal travel. Within the Marriott travel agent site you will also see “Famtastic” rates for qualified travel agents.

| 12. Can I book any specials or packages on Marriott.com? |

| To make your vacation planning as easy as possible, many packages can be booked online through the Marriott.com website. Available packages include room accommodations plus meals, romance or honeymoon specials, golf, spa services, and more! These packages are listed on Marriott's "Escape! Packages" website:

For your convenience, we have included steps to guide you through booking a package rate online below.
