Conscious Consumption

We live for flavor, but have zero appetite for waste. Partnering with Neutral Fuels, we recycled 900 liters of used cooking oil into clean biofuel. Additionally, our culinary teams utilized on-site organic digesters to prevent 1,202 kg of food waste from entering landfills, driving a sleek, circular kitchen operation.

High-performance luxury requires smart energy management. Our engineering teams carefully monitor and optimize air conditioning in public spaces across the property. Through these climate control efficiency measures, we reduced overall energy usage by 42.71% compared to the previous year, proving premium guest experiences can run on a highly optimized grid.
