In keeping with Marriott´s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including elevators and restrooms, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Enhanced training and protocols: Our team members are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide a daily housekeeping refresh service automatically every day. In case you would like a reduced or no service during your stay, please contact our front desk team - we will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.

Our current Services and Opening times:

  • Parking: Parking spaces are available. Tickets ( 32 EUR per day ) are available at the reception desk.
  • Limousine Service: reserve your Limousine pick-up via reception@westin-berlin.com
  • Fitness: open 24 hours a day
  • Sauna and Spa Reception: daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Wellness Massages and Treatments: on request - please visit www.gezer-massagen.com
  • Bike Rental: discover the city by bike for only 12 EUR / 24 hours - please ask our Front Desk Team for reservation.
  • Minibar: With our new Market Place at the reception desk we are offering a selection of beverages and snacks, which you can keep cool in your Mini-Fridge in your room.
