Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates). We appreciate your support and understanding.

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Face coverings are required in public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic spraying with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • GYM: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Operating under schedule availability according to guidelines.
  • Pool: Open from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
  • Shuttle: This service is not in operation at this time.
  • Lounges: Not open at this time.

Hours of service have been reduced at the hotel to follow guidelines set by the local authorities. We are open during the hours below and looking forward to serving you.

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, Marriott Bogota is able to connect you with a series of hospitals and laboratories that offer the required testing and we are happy to assist you in booking an appointment.

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination. The safety and well-being of our guests and our associates are of paramount importance to us and our staff is ready and available to assist you. Please note that the price of COVID-19 test and the time it takes for the results to be delivered are subject to the terms and conditions of each laboratory. The hotel is not responsible for the test prices nor for the time it takes for the delivery of the results.
